Shipping and Returns

In Denmark you can choose between parcel shop and home delivery with PostNord. Under DKK 399, parcel shop delivery costs DKK 49 and home delivery DKK 65. Over DKK 399, parcel shop delivery is free, while home delivery costs DKK 55.

To the EU we only ship with home delivery at the same prices.

We produce and dispatch your products within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes 1–2 business days in Denmark and 2–4 business days in the EU.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking code by email so you can follow your parcel via PostNord.

If the parcel is returned to us, we may charge the actual shipping costs to send it again. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lulab.com.

Write to contact@lulab.com straight away with your order number, and we'll help you from there.

You can return your products within 30 days of receipt if you're not satisfied – whatever the reason. You'll be refunded the order amount (excluding shipping). Returns must be agreed with us in advance. Write to us at contact@lulab.com

If you're not satisfied with your customised products, you can send them back and get your money back. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving the products you wish to return.

Write to us at contact@lulab.com, and we'll send you a free return label. You'll be refunded the order amount excluding the cost of shipping once we've received the products.

You can return your products by contacting us at contact@lulab.com, and we'll send you a free return label so you can send your products back.

Once we've received and approved your return, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. The money is usually back in your account within a few working days.

If you'd like to cancel your order, please write to us as soon as possible at contact@lulab.com. This must be done before your products have been produced and dispatched (within 1-3 working days).
